Your booked Session
What should I bring?
A towel to use within the sauna and to sit on, flip flops and robe if you have one for easy changing. A water bottle and comfortable clothing.
When should I arrive?
5 min before your session is best. This gives the guests before you enough space and you enough time to get ready. We do suggest coming prepared as best as possible, so you basically just have to slip into the sauna and enjoy.
What happens if I am late?
Your booking starts at the initial booking time so if you are late your session becomes shorter. Sadly there is no way around this as we book by the hour and can’t delay for other guests.
Where do I leave my belongings?
Just outside of the sauna is a little bench where you can leave some belongings, otherwise in your car would also be a good option.
How do you recommend I manage my session time wise?
We suggest arriving 5 min before your session. Promptly to the hour we will give you a short briefing and then you are ready. Depending on your familiarity with the Sauna experience we suggest having 2 - 3 rounds of hot time in the Sauna and cold plunges in the pool in between. A rough outline could look like this.
6pm - first Sauna round
6:15 cold plunge
6:20 second Sauna round
6:35 cold plunge
6:40 final Sauna round (10 min to warm up again)
What happens if I forget something in the Sauna?
E-mail us, we will hopefully have found it and will keep it for you to pick up.
